We are looking for an IT Technician to join our team at Office Network in Stockholm!

About us:

At Office Network, we are on the verge of exciting changes. We take pride in our strong team culture and are now looking for an IT Technician who wants to be part of our dedicated tech team.

What you will do:

As an IT Technician at Office Network, you will play a central role in our tech department. You will be responsible for supporting both our customers and colleagues by managing multiple cases simultaneously. You will have several important tasks, including:

• Managing cases in our ticketing system, both incoming and outgoing.
• Providing support and service in IT and telephony, as well as assisting with printers and conference systems when needed.
• Prioritizing and maintaining a good structure while having a service-oriented approach in your work.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for someone who shares our interest in technology and customer service. To fit in with us, we believe you have:

• Knowledge in IT and a desire to develop in a varied and exciting role
• Knowledge in Mac and PC, as well as applications such as MS Office 365, MS Office, and Azure
• Experience in network technology and customer interaction
• Good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• A valid driver's license (B)
